Return Policy
How is it that a return can be approved if the reason given is "found one at a lower price"? Can I reject this refund? Can I dispute it somehow? This is a brand new item in box never used and the customer put in their own offer below our original cost and we accepted it. Please help. Thank you.

·8 months agoOne of your recently sold items has 30 day returns on it. That means the buyer can return the item for any reason, but they have to pay return shipping.
