Hello,
I bought a new irrigator, but I got one that doesn't work. I would like to return the item and receive a refund. The seller sent me a return label, but hi doesn't want to pay the shipping. I live in Tbilisi Georgia (international shipping) from here I can return the item with the company Baram and the shipping amount is $12, but the seller does not respond to my messages and does not want to pay for shipping. This shipping is his to pay, because he sent me a broken item, that doesn't work. Please help me. I need pay for the shipping of the item or give me a full refund for the item.

Mentor2 years agoWhat type of label did he send? If you used a freight forwarder in the US, the seller only has to pay for the return from the US.
Open a return request. If he can't send a label that you can use, and it was shipped to you, not a forwarder, eBay can instruct him to send you the money to pay the shipping. They can not force him to reimburse you.
Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reason for return, select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
