return past 90 day window
returned an item after the 90 days, seller says eBay won't allow him to refund. how do i actually get help from eBay to unlock the items for a refund?

eBay buyer protection is only for 30 days. If you returned something outside those 30 days, you will not have eBay’s support or assistance.
Around the 3 month mark, eBay deletes listings. The seller probably doesn’t even have access to the details anymore.
