return outside of the usa
I am trying to return an item and the address listed on the return is incomplete. emailed the seller but did not hear back. how can I resolve this issue. Its not easy to navigate the ebay site for help and cant find a contact number for them.

Why are you returning it and what did you select as the reason on the return form?
