You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the date of receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
If it has been longer than 30 days and depending on the reason you will have to file a dispute with your funding source.
If you are still within the 30 day period from receipt you should be able to go to the item in your Purchase history and start a return.
