Return on item was totally the wrong part number
I order two air bags and based on my correct part number ….. I found the same exact part number on EBay parts…. Order these two air bag…. However, the seller sent another totally different (part number) 2 incorrect airbags!! Not what I ordered !! eBay says if you order correct part (part number) and it does not fit you will receive a full refund !! Well now the seller after sending the wrong part, using the wrong number … they want me to pay $73.00 to return to seller!!! This is **bleep**!! I want all my money refunded!’

Mentor2 years agoGo to My ebay > Purchase History and select RETURN THIS ITEM. You have up to 30 days from receipt of the item. For the reason, select Not as Described/wrong item sent. You will need to click on More actions. The seller will have 3 days to reply. If no reply, then click the link to Ask ebay to step in. If the seller accepts the return, he is responsible for supplying a prepaid shipping label. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and make sure the carrier scans the label. Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, he has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
