Return on hold
I've been informed that my return and refund have been placed on hold by the seller, asking eBay to review. I received a message that I would be receiving an email to get more information before April 1st but I have not received any email. There is no way to provide more information that I would like to give to eBay including a note from the seller saying that they would honor my return, only to find out they are now disputing it. Can anyone help with how I can provide this information? they are holding up a Lot of money it was not a cheap item.
This seller is running a scam that they are selling New products but they are repackaged products, not new.
I'm frustrated that you can't contact eBay, and it will be my last purchase with them.
