Return of vehicle
Purchased a vehicle through Ebay but did not pay via Paypal. The seller, a mechanic, stated that it would require approximately £1500 of work done on the engine. I have now received a quote for the work at approximately £2800. Do I have recourse to return the vehicle for a full refund, as the intial E-bay advert stated there was a 14 day return policy?
