Return of the local pick up item question
I've purchased a big-screen TV and picked it up locally. Now it looks like this TV doesn't correspond seller's description and I want to return it.
Who is responsible for shipping the item back?
If it's the seller - Will they be required to provide the shipping label even though it was a local pick-up?
Otherwise, if the seller picks up the item themselves, how can eBay see that the item was returned back to the seller?
