Return of slacks
I purchased 3 pair of slacks and paid shipping. The seller combined 2 pair in 1 box and 1 separate. I had to return them. He is stating that I only printed 2 labels and therefore only returned 2 and not 3 pair. I have tried since Tuesday to get him to respond. Once he did I was only refunded a portion on 1 pair and nothing on the the other pair. All were returned and USPS has proof.

OP1 year agoThank you for your reply. I have now. They received the slacks on Wednesday. I paid for the shipping for 1 package and the second package (which included 2 pair). They acknowledged that 2 of 3 were being shipped back and asked if I had forgotten something. I asked for verification when they were delivered and no response. I paid $56.24 for each pair of slacks. They gave me a partial refund of $20.14 this afternoon. I went back and printed all labels again. I now have a total of $59.96 in shipping for something that had 3 different waist sizes and 3 different lenghts.
