return of postage for an item that didn't fit
I checked the compatibility chart for an item for my car. The chart clearly said the part would fit but it did not. I filed a claim stating the part "did not fit." I am receiving money for the item and tax but not the postage. ebay claims because the part was shown to be compatible but wasn't that I am eligible for a return of the postage. Where do I go next?
