Return of parts
I bought parts that came in one box. I initiated a return I got to labels and 2 packing slips. I put both packing slips in one box and returned both parts using only one label. The received it and only gave me credit for 1 part not both saying I did not return it on time. How is that possible ?

Mentor1 year agoBecause the refund went by the shipping label tracking numbers. So the system is only showing receiving one of the tracking numbers.
Contact your seller. Tell them what you did. In case they don't know, tell them they won't be charged the shipping on that label you didn't use, so they didn't waste any money. But let them know you shipped them both back in the one box. They should work with you on this.
