Return of no return item
Hi,
Buyer would like to return an item because it is not working after trying a new battery. My ad clearly stated no returns, sold as is, and not sure if this is in working order. Buyer acknowledges such. My question is that if I decide to accept a return, which I am planning on doing, can I have the buyer pay return shipping and/or can I issue a partial refund to offset shipping and package cost?
Thank you.

Ebay's Money Back Guarantee overrides your "No returns" policy. You will be required to pay for the return shipping label and then refund the buyer in full when you receive the returned item.
