Return of men’s cologne
I sold the buyer an unopened box of men’s cologne
he now opened the sealed box and is saying it’s not authentic and is demanding a refund. He already started a case. For all I know he could have opened my box and put his fake one in place of my real one. I’ve never been in this situation before can u help?

Or...for all you know he received an item that wasn't authentic.
eBay will take the buyer's side, so you can either refund without a return or advise him to open a return to send the item back for a refund.
