Return of item without original packaging
I'm a private seller and sold an item one month ago and buyer contact me this morning saying product not working and wants a full refund.
Item was used and checked before selling and was working as it should.
Item was purchased and used only by ourselves.
Buyer has thrown away original box, instructions etc
What should be do now? The lack of original packing greatly affects resale value of this item (assuming it still works for us!)
The item we sold was in mint condition, with original packaging and was well looked after.
Help appreciated.
