Return of item restocking fee
I don't mind offering a return policy but ebay changed some time ago the ability to reduce the refund amount. As usual, ALL risk is on seller. So I pay $10 to ship out an item customer doesn't like, fine I can resell it, but I had to pay to ship it for seller to review? So, I now most often say 'no return,' but we know the buyers just get around that with 'item not as described.' Not right.

Mentor2 years agoYou can not withhold a restocking fee.
If the buyer returns an item because they don’t like it, or other buyer’s remorse reasons, you do not refund the original shipping and the buyer pays the return shipping (unless you offer free returns).
