Return of item purchased as a guest
Trying to Return a purchase made in April. The first RETURN attempt was accidentally cancelled and it seems that I'm unable to open another Return on this item. I purchased this item as a guest and still need to return it because I purchased the wrong item. Has anyone had this issue before and if so could you lead me in the right direction. i've tried emailing EBAY several times as well as calling them and the seller with no luck. thanks for any advice you may have.

If you closed the return you won't be able to open another one.
Your only option is to convince the seller to take a return, or open a chargeback for 'bought the wrong item'.

OP5 months agoThanks so much for your response. I've had no luck getting in touch with the Seller or and Ebay agent. literally has been like pulling teeth to get any information. I'll just take the loss if that's what I have to do but at least respond. It has been so frustrating but I do appreciate you taking the time to respond. Thanks a bunch!
