Return of item lost with invalid USPS tracking number
Dealing with a seller who will not issue a refund claiming that they have not received the item back. I sent the item with the ebay generated label and it comes up with the tracking number as invalid. Seller has been very difficult to deal with, automated replies, etc How can I resolve this?
