return of item in poor condition
I was not able to send the item on the indicated date, what can I do to get my money back for the item in poor condition?

Mentor1 year agoFrom various posts on this forum, it appears that ebay gives the buyer several weeks to return the item once the buyer files a returns request. If you were unable to do that and the case closes, you can try going to Paypal and filing a return there if that is how you paid. As a last resort, you can contact the credit card issuer if you paid that way.
