@gerardchm . Even if it was the shipping companies fault it is the seller who has to refund you and file an insurance claim. Sorry your item is not as described. The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for most categories AND 3 days for Trading Cards. Here's what you need to do: Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos. Here's what to do...

If you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
