Return of fake shoes

I purchased Fake Birkenstocks recently as guest. Seller refuses to acknowledge, eBay has created a return for me but when I click on this, error in red comes up

Guest purchases are handled differently in that you have to be logged OUT of your eBay account to do anything with them. Here is the eBay Help page on buying as a Guest and you are still protected by the eBay Moneyback Guarantee: Buying as a guest | eBay

Guest purchases cannot be merged with an eBay account nor can you leave Feedback on the transaction.
