Return of damaged shipment
Buyer refuses to file a claim for a damaged shipment and just wants me to refund the shipment ($375.00). I told them I am not responsible for damage occurred during shipping and to file a claim, they said they didn't have time for that and just wanted a refund.
If I refund it I'll be out the product and shipping both ways.
Its currently payment on hold and waiting for ebay to get involved. I also offed a $100 refund for the sellers inconvenience/shipping.
How do you think this will turn out?

This will turn out bad for you since your return Policy is that you do not accept returns. If you fight a return eBay will side with the Buyer, give them their money back from your account and let them keep the item. A lose-lose for you.
You are actually responsible to cover an item damaged in shipment since you paid the insurance. Hopefully you paid the extra for the total item sold price and not just the built-in $100 the carrier offers. Some carriers might let either party file the claim but in eBay's eyes you are ultimately responsible. The Buyer can supply you with pictures of the damaged package and item for your insurance claim needs.
eBay has several return reasons that will bypass your No returns accepted setting and force you to pay the return shipping and refund in full upon receipt.
For the future you may want to consider Accepting returns and take advantage of eBay's Seller protections: Seller protections | eBay
