Return of broken item
Buyer purchased a purse a few weeks ago and has been using it since. The zipper just broke. She would like a full refund. Unsure how to proceed. Zipper worked fine when I shipped it but also realize that the zipper should still be fine even after 2-3 weeks of use. Do I refund?
