Return of broken food processer (intentionally?)
I sold I used food processor in perfect condition. Because I have never sold appliances I put insulation around the edges of the box and I wrapped everything in two sizes of bubble wrap. The heavy duty plastic bowl had a big hole in it. It looks to me like it was hit with something. I double boxed it in thick boxes so there wouldn’t be any problems. The only way that there could’ve been any damage was if somebody intentionally hit the box with a bat so hard that it went through two boxes and all the packing. I do not accept returns however since it is broken, I need to accept it. I noticed eBay says to just refund the people and let them keep the product. The base of this appliances is where all the value is. These are no longer in production and if somebody had this blender and the base motor was out that is all they wanted to replace and have a full working unit. What are the chances that they would damage this in hopes that I would tell them to just keep it and I would reimburse them. Somebody had suggested that to me, and I am asking to see if anybody else has had this problem. Thank you very much
