Return of a plate
I purchased a child’s plate and thought it was a tin plate, when I received it it was metal
so I returned it, but they sent a return slip on my iPad but I do not have a printer
so I sent it USPS and the seller received it back although he never would answer me
eBay said my time had expired to return the plate. I called them and gave them the number of the US PS mailing but cannot get any response. Wonder if there’s anyway I can get my refund
