RETURN of a Gift for Another Item
Has anyone been able to return an item to eBay that you got as a gift?
I am trying not to hurt someone's feelings, but we don't want the nail polish. I would like to swap with another item the Seller has.
Seller told me to open a Return in eBay, but I cannot.
