return of a eBay commerce sale
purchased a glovebox for a ford edge 2017 from a seller in Massillon, Ohio 44647. I have tried multiple ways of making a return but neither the seller nor eBay have responded to my inquiries. What further can I take to get either party to respond

Go to My ebay > Purchase History
Locate the item. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on More to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. ebay sends you a link to print out the label. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click on Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
If the seller does not respond, go back to the case on day 4 and click on Ask ebay to step in, to force a refund.
