Return of a Chargeable Battery

Question

I have a buyer that is asking to return a battery and charger for outdoor tool use.

Their reason is â€œI just donâ€™t like itâ€. Never saying it doesnâ€™t charge correctly or that anything is wrong with it. Not sure what to do.

Accept the return, that reason allows you to withhold the Buyer's original paid shipping cost, it is a remorse reason for the return.

If you get the item back and it works just fine resell it. If you get it back and it is damaged, doesn't work like when you tested it or receive a different time you may be able to deduct up to 50% of the item price to help cut your loss. Seller protections | eBay
