Return not received
Buyer send me the return , tracking shows its delivered but i didnt get the product. i already asked the buyer to return this product on a new address i have provided through ebay message but he send the product on previous address, how to handle it

Mentor11 months ago@dornexintl in addition to @golfingaddict great advice, contact your local post office to find out if they can retrieve the package and forward to your new address, or go to your old address to retrieve it.

It is your responsibility to have correct information in eBay for all your addresses, including the return address.
The label that the was made available to the buyer was based on the address you provided in your eBay account.
