Return not accepted from authenticator
I recently returned some trainers which don’t fit. They were authenticity guaranteed, and all i have done is opened the packaging, tried them on, repackaged as best i could and returned. I have just been told that the return has not been accepted by the authenticator, and i will not receive a refund. There seems to be no indication what the problem is, or anyway of contacting eBay about this. Is there anything i can do?
