Return no refunded
hello, I purchased a wrong item on eBay and asked the seller to cancel immediately with in one hour of purchase. I was informed that could not be done it was too late. I then asked if he would consider a return If I pay for the freight both ways and offer a 10% restocking fee. He said the item could be returned and provided the address. I have returned the item which the seller confirmed and indicated he has initiated a refund. It has been 10 days and I do not see any sign of a return. I have reached out twice and no response when previously reply's were prompt. I am trying to determine how I can reach out to eBay for assistance since the seller has gone silent. any help would be appreciated.
