Return no prepared by Ebay

The seller has agreed to return an item. eBay has ignored the request. I am very disappointed with eBay's customer service. What can I do?

Are you the Buyer or the Seller?

If you are the Buyer, was the item received 30 days or less ago?

If so, did you open a return request on eBay, and did the Seller approve that request and issue a return label?

You stated that the Seller has agreed to return an item. Can you tell us what exactly happened?
