Return needs to be done for 4/3/24 purchase
I have received an item from a seller that was damaged and need to start a return process.
The seller originally was to send me a replacement for a broken piece on the item. However he never did.
I am unable to find a menu item under order history to initiate the process.
The seller is uncooperative.
not sure where to go from here.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to open a not as described case to get your money back through eBay. After that time you will need to go to your funding source to open the refund request. PayPal and most credit cards allow 180 days for most items.
