·2 years agoIs it possible you cleared it off your purchase history by “hiding†that listing?
If this is the case, you can also “unhide†the listing.
Click in your purchase history, then click on “show hidden.â€
When the page reloads, go to the listing and from the options choose “unhide.â€
Now, when you view your purchase history, it will show there, and under options you will see all the normal things you can do with the listing (such as return, show return status, etc.).
