Hello. The following situation occurred. The seller did not correctly calculate the shipping cost and after creating the shipping label informed me about it.
The order has not been sent, the seller is not ready to send it.
I ask the support service to cancel this order and return my money. Thanks!

Mentor3 years agoEither you have to ask the seller to cancel, or if the estimated delivery date has passed open an Item Not Received dispute for a refund.
