return money to buyer and cancel listing

Question

I put ad for antique piano that says in the description , JUST PAY FOR SHIPPING. Someone bought the piano and sent me $17.69 . I have not been following my emails and buyer is now wondering why item has not shipped. You can't ship a piano for $17.69

How to return their money and cancel my listing on eBay.

You can cancel the sale and refund the buyer here:

This should have been listed with Local Pickup Only, then the buyer would have been required to pick it up and there wouldn't have been stated shipping in the listing.
