Hello eBay Support,
I purchased **only ONE item** on eBay, but my card was charged **THREE times** instead of once. In my eBay account, only **one order** is shown, and the seller ([Removed by Moderator]) confirmed that he received payment and sold **only one item** to me (he had only one available).
Order details:

- Time placed: Feb 3, 2026 at 6:41 PM
- Seller username/ID: [Removed by Moderator]
- Item name: Thule Apex XT Hitch Bike Rack - 2-Bike, 1-1/4", 2" Receiver, Black
- Purchase date: February 3, 2026
- Amount per charge: $345.00 (three charges total $1,035.00)
Since only one purchase happened, I demand a **full refund for the two extra unauthorized charges** ($690.00 total) immediately under eBay Buyer Protection for duplicate payments and Item Not Received.
I can attach bank screenshots showing the three charges.
Please resolve this urgently.
