Return mail label not sent
I purchased a 4k movie that turned out to be defective. I’ve initiated a return. The seller failed to send me a mailing label but indicated he had sent me one. I contacted the seller several times directly about this with no response. He appears to desire I send it back at my expense. How do I contact eBay for further assistance? There is no indication of how to handle this problem. Very frustrating!
