Return lost in the mail???
So I returned an item to the seller for a full refund. I paid for a shipping label and then the seller sent me a label for free. eBay’s auto assistant thing can’t seem to grasp the idea that I need a refund for the shipping label I purchased and didn’t use. ALSO-I mailed the item back to the seller (who won’t respond to my messages) and eBay app still says I need to scan the QR code for the return as if I haven’t even sent it
what do I do?
