Return lies
Buyer is lying and say my item is defective when they realized the cost to replace the battery which I disclose in the listing. *Now wants to put item defective on the return reason when it’s not. Just to get out of shipping. I told them to change reason to changed mind instead of defective item and they won’t. I was also nice and sent them a charge cord when I did not have it in the listing and I want that sent back to you before I refund. I cannot get eBay to help.
