How do I send a return label to a buyer whom I as the seller sent the wrong item to?

Mentor2 years agoThe only way to send a return label through eBay is to have the buyer open a return. If you are sending a replacement, you are then depending on them to close the return before eBay makes you send a refund.
You can create a label at pirateship.com, print it to a jpeg file then send the buyer the jpeg in an eBay message.
