Return label when Return is closed

Question

I am trying to send a "return" label to a customer but the return is closed in ebay and will not let me send a pre-paid label. I have tried to call customer service and it's not working. I keep getting a link to a my listed item but it won't let me return.

It's very frustrating. Any help would be appreciated.

Once a Buyer has been refunded, eBay considers the case closed and there is no longer an option on eBay to send a return label. The Buyer is not obligated to return the item.

If you are in communication with them though, and they are willing to return, you can purchase a discounted label on PayPal or Pirateship to send them.
