Return Label - Only One Label for Two Boxes

I ordered light sconces (Quantity: 2) that shipped in two separate boxes, and need to return them. However, Ebay is only providing me with one return label. How do I get a return label for the other box?

We warn Sellers that if they ship an order in more than one box and a return is filed then they have to supply the return label for the other package(s). eBay is great at juggling one ball but in all the years they have been in business they have never fixed this flaw in their system.

Make sure you ship one box with the eBay return label you were issued without delay. When tracking shows the Seller has received it they will have 2 days to refund you. Message them and let them know as soon as they send you the label for the 2nd box you will ship that out to them, then wait. Do NOT buy your own label for the 2nd box, chances are the Seller will NOT reimburse you for it even though they may reply that they will, wait for a pre-paid label from them.
