Return label not sent?
The buyer wants to return an item I sold him due to it not meet his expectations. So I hit refund the money of that transaction and now it didn't send the return label to the buyer. Did sending him the refund prematurely cause the system to not send him the return label? Please help

·3 years agoYes, as soon as you clicked refund, it closed the case and the buyer would not receive a shipping label.
If the buyer is willing to ship it back, you'll have to buy a shipping label somewhere else and send to them, then hope they use it to return the item.
