Return label not provided
So I am returning Jewelry not as described. The seller needs to provide a return label. They have not. As they accepted the return, the option to ask ebay to step in had disappeared. So now eBay is not Stepping in, the seller is not paying postage as they should, and I'm still holding this dud piece of jewelry. How can I get ebay to step in? Thanks
