Return label issued with a refund
I accidentally posted the wrong description but with correct photos buyer wanted a return because the description was wrong and didn’t look at the pictures. I had no problem issuing a refund with a return label. As soon as the refund was issued on March 6, the buyer contacts me asking me where the Sim card goes in the camera as if they are not returning the item

·2 years agoHi @andreeklun_0 If you gave the buyer a refund before they returned the item, that means they don't have to return it.

·2 years ago@andreeklun_0 Did you already send the refund money? The buyer's not required to return the item using the return label if they've already been refunded.

OP2 years agoYes A refund was issued with a provided shipping label. I understand that they don’t have to use the return shipping label that I provided, but they messaged me the same day. It was all issued asking where the Sim card goes in the camera
which leads me to believe that they’re not planning on returning it
At this point, I’m just gonna take this as a learning experience for when somebody wants to return something
