Return label is in Chinese!
I can’t return my item because no one will except the label it is written in Chinese there is nothing that can be read by the post office or by UPS so I’m just stuck with it

Mentor3 years ago@queenbalboa Contact eBay customer service and let them know that the seller did not provide a valid return label.
Also FYI all returns to China must be sent via Priority mail or you won't have tracking proof of delivery.
If the item was not as described then the seller MUST send you the funds to your PayPal account to pay return shipping before you send the item back. If the seller doesn't do this then eBay puts the case on hold for 5 days. Then if they still do not provide the funds for return shipping they close the case in your favor and force a refund from the seller.

eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.

2. Request a call back or live chat from the left hand side of the page.
( If you receive the automated chat assistant type AGENT in the small box on the lower right of the linked page then you will see the options to contact a live agent, you may have to answer the chat bots questions before it allows you to connect to an agent, this is so you are connected to the right department)
3. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media.
