Return Label Insufficient Address
Hello. To make a long story short I purchased three items (asked the seller if this was indeed this item and got confirmation from said seller) and was sent the wrong three items by mistake even though I was told otherwise. I initiated a return with eBay and went to a nearby Post Office a few days ago where they printed the label at using the eBay provided QR Code. I looked at the tracking this morning and the tracking showed "Insufficient Address" and now I'm afraid that by the time I get the item back that I will be out of the return window time frame. I already reached out to the seller for a possible solution but, I'm just wondering what my next steps should be in getting this resolved if a tangible solution is not provided or the seller does not reply back?
