Return Label from Seller
I purchased an item from a seller that wouldn’t accept returns but it did come with an EBay money back guarantee. The item was listed as New but obviously wasn’t. eBay refunded my purchase with information that the seller would send a return label. I didn’t receive a label and am unable to contact the seller. The next step is to contact EBay but all I get when attempting that is help menus, AI assistance and back to where I started. Any suggestions appreciated.

Mentor5 months agoIF you received a full refund there is no return label and no obligation to return the item.
