Return label for buyer purchased - where is it?
I accepted a return request from a buyer and paid for a return shipping label. The buyer can’t seem to find the label - where can I see a copy?

OP1 year agoYes! On my end it says "refund complete" but the buyer hasn't printed the label yet.

You always want to wait to get a item back before you issue the refund. Also the buyer has no motivation to return the item once they are refunded.
Once a refund is issued the buyer can no longer print a return label from the eBay case. Once issued it takes 3 to 5 business days for the refund to reach the buyers funding source.
What do you need to do now is go to pirateship.com and buy a return label. and save it as a jpeg image file. Then send it to the buyer as a jpeg image in eBay messages.
Let the buyer know that you wanted to make things right as quickly as possible and issued the refund a bit
too quickly.
